With the PC Optimization service, you will get in-home or in-office service with a True Appointment. We will come to your home at the time you specify, and perform the following services:

• Spyware/Adware Detection and Removal - Spyware and Adware programs are the culprits responsible for slowing down even the newest computers. If you are seeing a multitude of unwanted pop-up windows and other advertisements, you're probably infected. Other than significantly slowing down your system's performance, some of these programs can scan your hard drive for banking passwords, financial information, and other sensitive data. Russell Solutions will check your system to see if you are infected, and remove these programs for you.
• Hard Drive Optimization - The files stored in your computer can become scattered across your harddrive, causing significant system lag and load times. We'll get your hard drive back in order by removing unneeded files and configuring monthly self checks.
• Anti-Virus Software Verify - Often times, an anti-virus program isn't updating itself often enough to keep you protected. We'll make sure this isn't the case, assuring your system's safety.
• Operating System Speed Boost - Did you know that your default computer settings may not allow your system to run as quickly as possible? Many companies configure their systems to look pretty, often times at the expense of speed and stability. Let us get your computer back on the fast track with our proprietary operating system optimizations.
